How does it work?

Step 1: Register

Register your corporation, school or organisation online or send us an email.
We supply the recycle box, accubox or roller container.

Step 2: My recycle/accu box or my roller container is full

  • My recycle box is full: Once your container is full, submit a simple request to have it collected and replaced by a new one. 
  • My roller container is full: When a roller container is full it is collected and replaced by a new one on request
  • My accubox is full: When the accubox is full it is collected and replaced by a new one on request.

For ICT material, the contents of the box or roll container/accubox must be worth more than the transport cost, otherwise the difference will be charged.

For ink & toner cartridges, the content of the box must also be worth more than the transport cost and there must also be sufficient material in the box, otherwise a flat fee will be charged.

Step 3: Testing and Cleaning

  • All appliances are screened for possible re-use.
  • Appliances coming into consideration for re-use are tested for functionality, cleaned, provided with a test report and packed for forwarding.
  • Appliances that are no longer suitable for re-use (not working, damaged or too old) have their hazardous substances removed and are recycled to form secondary raw materials to the extent possible.

Step 4: Do I receive a payment?

  • We provide a fee for electrical appliances that are eligible for reuse after testing and cleaning. The one-off transport fee and payment you receive are calculated. Request a quotation.
  • We send you a request to send your invoice for the relative payment.
